Looking for a great place to stay in Minot? Check out The Hampton Inn

The Hampton Inn is conveniently located by the airport and only a five minute drive from the main area. We stayed in a suite which was perfect for our family of three.
The room was spacious and clean and the staff was friendly. As the top rated hotel in Minot, The Hampton Inn is a great stay and we would definitely stay there again. There is breakfast included as well.
Check out these 10 epic places to eat in Minot:
1. The Station Coffee

This was our first stop in Minot for great coffee and tea. We enjoyed their delicious fare including the pizza-wich and salad for a late lunch and learned they also offer great breakfast items and healthy options too.
2. Whiskey Nine

One of the best places for food and entertainment in town, as they have putting grounds and golf simulators! There are spots both for 21+ and families so everyone can enjoy the space. Make sure to try their great whiskey cocktails if 21+, Coconut Curried Chicken and Creme Brulee Bread Pudding. Everything was fantastic!
3. Charlie’s Main Street Cafe

The oldest dining spot in Minot is Charlie’s, a classic diner, and is a must visit. It’s been ranked one of the best diners in the US by Tasting Tables. It was also recognized by USA Today as having one of the Best Hot Beef Sandwiches in the US. There are photos of famous people who have dined there on the walls and even more importantly ways they’ve supported the local community. It’s a great local diner to support!
4. Guilty Sweets

While the instagram worthy beautiful photo backdrops may get your attention initially, the delicious treats are the real reason to visit! We loved their tiramisu, sweet sugar cookie and an Oreo cupcake.
5. Jamaican Vybz Kitchen

One of the most popular restaurants in Minot, the Jamaican cuisine is delicious! Ran by a local family, Jamaican Vybz is a must visit. When I visited mid-afternoon, I got the last jerk chicken of the day!
6. Prairie Sky Bread

The perfect spot for a pastry (get the cardamom knot!), scones and a packed lunch to go! We brought our sandwiches to the Upper Souris National Wildlife Refuge for a picnic. It’s also a great space to hang out and catch up with family or friends.
7. The Starving Rooster

Known for their great flatbreads, The Starving Rooster is a great spot for a casual meal. In addition to flatbread, we also enjoyed a soft pretzel and brick oven pizza. It’s a popular spot with locals so sometimes the wait times might be long but be patient since the food is worth it.
8. Mi Mexico

Loved the authentic Mexican food and the vibes – there was live music when we visited too! The food was delicious and we felt like we were transported to Mexico for a mini vacation.
9. Ironhorse Kitchen and Bar
This was unfortunately one spot on our list we didn’t get to because they are closed on Sundays. Check them out if you’re visiting on another day of the week – their menu looks fantastic.
10. Minot’s Daily Bread

Another spot we unfortunately had to miss as they were on vacation was Minot’s Daily Bread. They receive incredible reviews however. The pastries, bread and sandwiches all sound so great.
