Savannah is a huge creative hub, in part thanks to it being home to the Savannah College of Art and Design. I had the chance to visit quite a few and have highlighted my favorite must-see shops in Savannah below! A map is available at the end too so you can see how close they are!
1. Hygge
The moment I entered the shop, I felt so calm. It’s towards a quieter end of town you easily stroll to. All the items sold at Hygge are intentional and meant to make your home a cozier place. The most fitting name!
2. Pelindaba Lavender
Lavender is my favorite plant after visiting lavender farms in France and England, so I had to stop at Pelindaba Lavender! They sell many great lavender products plus will give you tips on growing your own lavender at home.
3. The Paris Market
One of the most iconic shops in town, The Paris Market has treasured and classic items and also really fun and beautiful gifts. They even sell old letters written in French that would make beautiful decor. As a bonus, they have a cafe where you can enjoy quiche, macrons and a granita!

4. Savannah Bee Company
Another one of the most iconic shops in Savannah is Savannah Bee. They sell honey, lip balm and skin care plus have a fun mead bar to sample products too! My favorite purchase was the earl grey lip balm. At just $3.50, it’s a great deal.
5. Satchel
Gorgeous leather items are made and sold at Satchel. You can even see the team at work! My favorite items were the passport holders and purses but they can custom create anything for you.
6. The Book Lady Bookstore
I loved the Book Lady Bookstore. It’s the most classic cozy book store I’ve been to in the US. They sell new releases and old editions, so it’s incredibly comprehensive. My favorite part was seeing a copy of The illustrated London News from the 50’s.
7. E Shaver Booksellers

While E Shaver Booksellers shop was closed when I was in town, its a very popular bookstore. It’s definitely on the list for next time – it looked very cozy from the outside.
8. ShopSCAD
The main hub to purchase items from the SCAD creatives (students, faculty and alum), ShopSCAD was a highlight for me! There were so many fun items from clothing to tea to recycled handmade journals. Really beautiful and great concept to support local!
9. Urban Poppy
I stumbled upon this floral shop along the riverside and wow is it gorgeous!! Urban Poppy is a breath of fresh air – there’s a floral bar, dried florals and classic gifts to purchase too. It’s minimalistic and full of neutrals (except the flowers) for a calming affect – a must stop!
10. Savannah Coffee Roasters
Okay while Savannah Coffee Roasters is technically a cafe, they sell coffee beans and coffee bags so I had to include it! Plus, the coffee bags would be so fun to turn into a DIY project.
